I was tempted. I was really tempted to put up a picture of the most broken down rattle-trap bus I could find, just for a good laugh. The truth is that our team will travel on a VIP luxury bus. The bus has seats like those of a first class airplane (3 across instead of 4 across), that recline and have foot rests. The bus is air conditioned and has a clean bathroom on board. A stewardess will serve a meal and there are movies. Our students will get to see 750 kilometers (450 miles) of Peruvian coastline. As missionary Ken Bowie told me on our first trip north, as long as we keep the the ocean on the left and the Andes on the right, we will get to Trujillo just fine.
